The goal with this wine is to show off the merits of our beloved Eden Valley Riesling to both fanatical Riesling lovers and to the Riesling uninitiated.

Delicate floral and apple, lime and lychee fruit aromas are followed by intense apple, lime and even mandarin on the palate. The wine has great length of palate with soft refreshing acidity balancing the intensity of fruit.
